In this paper, the analysis of engine mounting structures that will be applied to electric vehicles is conducted. The structure subjected static loading from mounted components assembly, including assembly gearbox, motor, and corresponding brackets. arrangement, HSLA material mostly used general structural steel such as AISI 4130 also used. This study aims evaluate existing design so further optimization steps can carried out. Simulations with a approach were performed using SOLIDWORKS. stress displacement contours are then created, location critical points maximum deflection obtained safety factor evaluated.
